The third and final stage where we are going to restore our 18th Century Meeting Hall into a state of the art premises.
This will incorporate the old and new, with low environmental impact building design; whilst maintaining its heritage, look and feel. This mixed use flexible space will literally rise from the ruins to become a key strategic focal point of Berwick.
Our fully restored and purpose built premises will be able to host live music, spoken word, stand ups, performances, public transport assemblies, exhibitions, film, big functions, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and wakes. There’s even a realistic potential (due to there being so much room) for further guest, staff and artist accommodation when visiting.
There’s even going to be a cider press, microbrewery, coffee roaster and gin distillery!
Essentially; phase three is our ‘Creative Village’ and heritage restoration hub.
